Discover our selection of Saint-Romain wine. They come 100% from purchases of grapes or mouts. The winemaking is carried out with precision and impeccable hygiene, limiting interventions. Bottling is performed according to the lunar calendar.

White wines: Chardonnay grape variety

Enjoy our Saint-Romain white wines. The fermentation process is carried out in oak barrels on fine lees with a proportion of 10 to 20% of new barrels. Racking is carried out after 12 months of ageing in barrels. Then, we assemble the wine in stainless steel tank for 4 to 6 months. The collage and filtration are accomplished according to the vintage, before we bottle.

Red wines: Pinot noir grape

Enjoy our Saint-Romain red wines. After a first check in the vineyard, the grapes pass on the sorting table. 100% destemmed before being put in vats. After 8 to 10 days of cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation is traditionally carried out with the practice of light pump-over and pigeages while controling the temperature. The wine is then put in oak barrels for an aging of about 12 months with 15 to 20% of new barrels. The wines are racked and assembled in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 6 months before we bottle .
